Yes. All bookings are private sessions for your group only. You will not share the sauna with other guests during your booked time.
Up to six people can attend each sauna session. Additional guests may be accommodated by prior arrangement only.
The sauna may not be suitable for pregnant individuals, persons with cardiovascular conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol or medication that may impair heat tolerance. Please consult your doctor if unsure.
Guests under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the sauna.
You are welcome to wear swimwear, a towel, or comfortable clothing inside the sauna. We simply ask that guests remain respectful and ensure sufficient clothing is worn when travelling to and from the sauna through shared areas. Drinking water is recommended to stay hydrated during your session.
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to your session time. Late cancellations or no shows may incur a full session charge.

By booking and using the sauna facilities at Fern and Thistle Luxury Accommodation, you agree to the following conditions:
Use of the sauna is at your own risk. Fern and Thistle accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, or adverse effects experienced as a result of sauna use.
Guests must ensure they are medically fit to use sauna facilities. Individuals who are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not use the sauna.
Sessions must be used within the booked time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration without refund.
Guests must follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions during their session.
Fern and Thistle reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session where unsafe or inappropriate behavior is observed.
Any damage to the sauna or surrounding facilities caused by misuse may result in additional charges.
Use of the sauna implies acceptance of these terms.
